Built on Google Android Management API
Devices run Google's first-party Device Policy Controller and are managed through Android Enterprise — not a custom MDM, not a jailbroken stack. This is the same provisioning surface used by enterprise EMMs across regulated industries.
Ethically sourced devices
Every device in oeili is either customer-owned (BYO) or oeili-operated under explicit terms. We do not aggregate residential IPs from consumers via SDK harvesting or affiliate programs.
GDPR + CCPA aligned
Privacy controls, retention windows, and access rights are documented in our privacy policy. A Data Processing Addendum is available on request for customers with regulatory obligations.
Strong Acceptable Use enforcement
No scraping of authenticated content, no credential stuffing, no ad fraud, no botnet operation, no IP-circumvention. Violators are suspended on first complaint.
